ob Description
As a Helpdesk Intern, you will assist the IT Department to help support Ofertia staff and internal business operations.
Your Responsibilities & Tasks
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
• Performing lab work on computers that are new or need repairs
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and server access problems for end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WAN, Loadbalancers LAN, Wifi Ap, firewall, VPN, etc. systems
• Research and troubleshoot unfamiliar errors using online knowledge base and other resources to
effectively identify and resolve problems
